Are Skechers shape ups good for running?
I hear so much good about those Shoes, but all the reviews i found so far pertain to people just walking in them, i.e. working nurses or waitresses. Has anyone used them for jogging?
No, they’re meant to be used for walking. Asics are a good brand.
